We are with you every step of the way

We'd like to get to know you so an initial informal visit is always our preference in the first steps to understanding what your key objectives are and it also serves as an opportunity for us to share your vision firsthand and for us to determine the scope of the works within your budget. The director that you meet will be your single point of contact for the entire duration of the project.

Strength to strength delivery

  • Feasibility

    0[% 1 %]

This is how we identify during preliminary stage, how we can mitigate any risks that may threaten the successful delivery of your project. If the project is large or complexed, the feasibility stage assists in considering issues such as planning permissions, environmental impact assessments (EIA), statutory approvals, your budget relative to your requirements and programme implications.

  • Project Brief

    0[% 2 %]

After researching your work, culture and aims, we then produce a brief, which defines your requirements for the development of the project. Using the project brief we can verify the objectives and priorities that will form the key drivers of the project. The project brief is also the key upon which the design or scope of works will be based.

  • Plan

    0[% 3 %]

This is where we concern ourselves with preparing initial ideas to create a concept design, consider design specification and finishes. We use this stage to carry out any additional site appraisal requisite to reviewing designs and incorporating your comments to fully comply with your requirements.

  • Specify

    0[% 4 %]

We use this stage to prescribe the materials and workmanship required for developing the project. This provides you with more certainty about the end product. This stage also enables us to establish the required performance to give our suppliers more scope to adopt the most effective methods of work.

  • Design

    0[% 5 %]

During this stage we develop and finalise the approved concept design ensuring it is dimensionally correct and co-ordinated so that the main components of the building all fit together. This is also when we will provide sufficient information for application of statutory approvals to be made.

  • Programme

    0[% 6 %]

We then create a programme, which refers to the sequence in which all build activity must be carried out to complete the project. This document will identify key dates and durations allocated to specific tasks, which form the critical path upon which the overall duration is dependent on.

  • Cost

    0[% 7 %]

We then develop the budget cost into a final cost plan determined by the signed off scope of works and fixed duration of the project.

  • Procure

    0[% 8 %]

This is where we will appoint the specialist trade contractors and purchase the materials, plant and labour required for the construction of the project. The selected procurement route will follow the strategy to achieve the long term objectives of your project requirements.

  • Mobilise

    0[% 9 %]

There will be a range of tasks necessary to prepare for the construction stage. Here, we arrange a pre-construction meeting to discuss the procedures and logistics we will adopt during the construction stage.

  • Deliver

    0[% 10 %]

We will then take possession of the site to commence the construction works, taking you on your transformation journey to occupancy the upright way.
