    Confident Architecture

    An imposing Grade II listed Victorian terraced property built in the late 19th century in the heart of London, whose confident architecture emanates volumes of character. We were dedicated to preserving the English heritage of this property and as such, from the development of the concept design through to the co-ordinated technical solutions for construction our procurement route for fit out was governed by the detail and build construction method.

    Traditional Style with a Modern Twist

    This private residence challenges the conventions of typical living space with a balance of period features and contemporary finishes.

    This project entailed external build works that included new sash windows, tailor made Schuco skylights and re-pointing of each elevation. the fit out of several floors including a bespoke terrazzo staircase, new private passenger lift and high class bespoke joinery designed with Monte Bianco marble on display within the toilets and bathrooms throughout. Concealed modern feature lighting was on all levels and mechanical heating and ventilation formed part of the M&E service installations.
